Naoko Kurosawa

After graduating from State University of New York (FIT), Ms. Kurosawa joined a local apparel company and was responsible for marketing, merchandising, and product planning. She was involved in store management, corporate sales, product development, human resources, and management operations, and contributed to new store openings and customer expansion as a local manager. Has experience in hiring and nurturing both Japanese and foreign employees. In 2020, she was in charge of a startup acceleration program jointly sponsored by PROCHILE. In 2022, she was responsible for the Malaysia Startup Japan Market Entry Acceleration Program, organized by the Malaysian government agency MRANTI. Currently, she is working as a coordinator and incubation manager at several incubation facilities in Japan.
