Takahiro Shigemitsu
After graduating from California State University, San Diego, he joined Microsoft Japan, where he established the first test lab in Asia within the Developer Tools Development Department, laying the foundation for globalization. Subsequently, he contributed to the development of embedded operating systems and user interface toolkits. In 2008, he relocated to Microsoft headquarters in the United States, leading the specification of input interfaces, particularly touch and pen input, for the Windows 8 development team, securing multiple patents along the way. From 2012, he worked at Amazon HQ, initially contributing to the development of an international payment platform. Later, he led the international expansion team for the AWS payment platform, overseeing its development.
